The Coles Group & Myer Gift Card can be used in these participating stores plus Myer and Myer.com.au. This gives you a lot more choice and shopping flexibility. For example, you can use the Coles Group & Myer Gift Card to buy clothes at Myer, then groceries at Coles and toys from Target.

Gift Cards means gift cards for retailers sold by Coles but excluding Coles gift cards and the Coles Group & Myer gift cards.
Coles is the seller, not the issuer, of Gift Cards.
Each Gift Card’s issuer is responsible for the Gift Card’s terms and conditions.
Each Gift Card’s terms will vary according to the relevant issuer. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to that Gift Card.
If you are purchasing the Gift Card for another user, you should inform the user that they will be bound by the Gift Card’s terms and conditions.
Please refer to the back of the Gift Card or the issuer’s website for full terms and conditions and expiry details.
Please take notice of any expiry date applicable to the Gift Card. The Gift Card user should use the full value of the Gift Card before the card’s expiry date. After the expiry date, the Gift Card will be invalid, and the issuer may retain any unused value.
Pending activation, Gift Cards may not be redeemable for up to 24 hours after purchase.
Some Gift Cards may have an activation fee attached to them.
Coles is not responsible for any activation fee associated with a Gift Card. The Gift Card’s issuer sets the activation fee.
Activation fees are common practice across prepaid credit and debit products, as well as amongst some Gift Card retailers such as Flight Centre and Westfield. Please read the relevant Gift Card description to check if there is an activation fee associated with the card.
Unless a Gift Card is faulty, Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable following the loading of funds onto the card. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coles will only offer a refund on a Gift Card when a Gift Card is not fit for purpose due to a technical fault such as the Gift Card not scanning correctly, or the Gift Card’s PIN being illegible. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain a refund in these circumstances. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind purchases.
As stated in the Coles Group & Myer terms of use, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. A Coles or Coles Group & Myer gift card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Coles and the Government would like to remind customers to be alert to phone scammers impersonating agencies or businesses. Please be aware that Government departments and/or legitimate businesses will never demand payment with iTunes or other gift cards.
